In Guanacaste, the development promoted by Discovery Land Company, integrates road infrastructure with principles of sustainability and circular economy. During Phase 2 of the project, the golf cart path was constructed using asphalt mixtures with RESIN8™. This intervention demonstrates how high-end real estate developments can reduce their environmental footprint by reincorporating waste into durable construction solutions, aligning luxury, functionality and environmental responsibility.
